We’re keeping up the momentum for investment at Diametric with the latest addition to our cutting department: the Morgana FB9500 Pro-T digital die cutter/creaser.
This new investment strengthens our production capability and further increases capacity at our manufacturing plant, supporting our ongoing commitment to precision and efficiency.
The Morgana FB9500 Pro-T is a fully digital, automated cutting and creasing system designed to deliver high levels of accuracy across a wide range of materials and applications. Its QR-code-driven workflow helps streamline job set-up and file retrieval, making it ideal for mixed or batch production where consistency and speed are essential.
Benefitting from the flexibility of manual or automated options, the machine can die-cut, crease, perforate and kiss-cut materials with superior control and precision. Features such as SmartMark registration, advanced sheet feeding and rear mark scanning help ensure accurate sheet-to-sheet finishing, while reducing the need for traditional cutting dies.
For Diametric, this means greater agility across cutting, prototyping and production, alongside improved capacity for specialist badges, labels, nameplates and graphic overlays.
This is the second production investment for Diametric in 2026, demonstrating our continued focus on strengthening our in-house manufacturing processes and expanding the capabilities available to our customers.
